"lees" (sediment)
100% Chasselas, produced on "the lees", i.e. one year on
the sediment in the tun, then aged in the bottle.
Awarded a Gold Medal at "Expovina" in 2000 and 2001 and
selected by the Guide Hachette in 2001 and 2003.
This chasselas is better-structured and more rounded than the classic
chasselas and is best enjoyed with a meal.
